Email Accounts
Get started fast with professional email accounts, setup for you!
We include up to five email addresses as standard with every website and hosting package purchased. We set up email accounts ready for you or your IT department to add to your phone or computer. Our quick, easy service means we create the email accounts, give you access details and a strong, secure original password, so you can get on with running your business as soon as possible.
We look after security and privacy, and we can add any name before the @ symbol, for example ku.erehniamodruoy@olleh or ku.erehniamodruoy@leahcim. We don’t provide one-to-one device support, but we do supply setup instructions for setting up your device for IMAP and POP for devices or Outlook, plus webmail access is always available via any popular browser.
All our website packages come with 500mb of storage space as standard for your website and emails, this can easily be increased depending on your needs. To avoid email accounts getting too large unnecessarily, you can easily setup your accounts in e.g. Outlook to download and always keep your email boxes light and efficient. Plus by downloading you can also back them up easily and encrypt them so you are GDPR compliant.
Additional email accounts
We can create any number of extra email accounts for your business, just tell us the names you want before the @ symbol and we’ll set them up. If you already have spam protection, we will add new accounts to that plan and check they are covered. Each additional email address is a nominal £12 to set up, and we supply the access details so you can add the account to your device.
All emails remain inside your purchased hostplan data limits. We allow short-term overuse to prevent lost messages, but if you exceed your limit we will contact you within 7 days to ask you to reduce usage or agree an increase to your plan, which will be charged. We supply secure initial passwords and will update them free of charge if requested.
Forwarder email accounts
We can create any number of forwarder email accounts for your business, these are specific email addresses that do not have a mailbox, but automatically deliver to one or more email accounts. These can be local e.g. ku.erehniamodruoy@divad delivers to ku.erehniamodruoy@semaj.divad (so you can use both addresses knowing they will be delivered to your email, but one would be a forwarder (david@) to the main email account (david.james@). Each additional email forwarder is a nominal £12 to setup.
We can also set your forwarder to send a copy to multiple email addresses, including Gmail, Hotmail etc.

IMAP keeps your email on the server and syncs it across all your devices. That makes it quick to check emails on a phone, tablet and computers, but it does use your hosting data allowance. To avoid unexpected space issues, clear unwanted emails and attachments regularly, or consider increasing your hosting limits if you expect heavy email storage.
POP downloads emails to your computer, which reduces the storage used on the server and makes backing up and encrypting emails easier for GDPR compliance. If you want to keep a secure, local backup on a desktop using e.g. Outlook, POP is handy. We recommend IMAP for most users who check mail on several devices, and POP if you prefer local storage, encrypted backups and often lower email storage (hosting) costs.
