Email Accounts

Get started fast with professional email accounts, setup for you!

We include up to five email addresses as standard with every website and hosting package purchased. We set up email accounts ready for you or your IT department to add to your phone or computer. Our quick, easy service means we create the email accounts, give you access details and a strong, secure original password, so you can get on with running your business as soon as possible.

We look after security and privacy, and we can add any name before the @ symbol, for example ku.erehniamodruoy@olleh or ku.erehniamodruoy@leahcim. We don’t provide one-to-one device support, but we do supply setup instructions for setting up your device for IMAP and POP for devices or Outlook, plus webmail access is always available via any popular browser.

All our website packages come with 500mb of storage space as standard for your website and emails, this can easily be increased depending on your needs. To avoid email accounts getting too large unnecessarily, you can easily setup your accounts in e.g. Outlook to download and always keep your email boxes light and efficient. Plus by downloading you can also back them up easily and encrypt them so you are GDPR compliant.

Additional email accounts

We can create any number of extra email accounts for your business, just tell us the names you want before the @ symbol and we’ll set them up. If you already have spam protection, we will add new accounts to that plan and check they are covered. Each additional email address is a nominal £12 to set up, and we supply the access details so you can add the account to your device.

All emails remain inside your purchased hostplan data limits. We allow short-term overuse to prevent lost messages, but if you exceed your limit we will contact you within 7 days to ask you to reduce usage or agree an increase to your plan, which will be charged. We supply secure initial passwords and will update them free of charge if requested.

Forwarder email accounts

We can create any number of forwarder email accounts for your business, these are specific email addresses that do not have a mailbox, but automatically deliver to one or more email accounts. These can be local e.g. ku.erehniamodruoy@divad delivers to ku.erehniamodruoy@semaj.divad (so you can use both addresses knowing they will be delivered to your email, but one would be a forwarder (david@) to the main email account (david.james@). Each additional email forwarder is a nominal £12 to setup.

We can also set your forwarder to send a copy to multiple email addresses, including Gmail, Hotmail etc.

Best when

Ideal for local backups & lower server use

IMAP keeps your email on the server and syncs it across all your devices. That makes it quick to check emails on a phone, tablet and computers, but it does use your hosting data allowance. To avoid unexpected space issues, clear unwanted emails and attachments regularly, or consider increasing your hosting limits if you expect heavy email storage.

POP downloads emails to your computer, which reduces the storage used on the server and makes backing up and encrypting emails easier for GDPR compliance. If you want to keep a secure, local backup on a desktop using e.g. Outlook, POP is handy. We recommend IMAP for most users who check mail on several devices, and POP if you prefer local storage, encrypted backups and often lower email storage (hosting) costs.

Are you using a Gmail or Hotmail email address for your business?

Benefits and advantages of professional email accounts

Why a professional email is a premium, great investment, it builds trust and keeps your business communications secure

Customers are more likely to reply to a branded email address, which improves response rates and business conversations.

A custom email like ku.erehniamodruoy@uoy looks professional and trustworthy, so customers take your messages seriously. Older email addresses like @hotmail were often used for personal use, but they can lack that professionalism your company deserves.

Every email reinforces your brand name, helping customers remember you and feel confident in your business. Short names are memorable, and easy to spell or search in Google, choose a domain name that works for you.

There are several ways to approach this, some customers prefer to stick with the Hotmail interface, you can set this up so your ku.erehniamodruoy@uoy is automatically delivered into your Hotmail account (recent updates to Hotmail mean you need to use their app to achieve this). Then you need to always reply as ku.erehniamodruoy@uoy. This way you will wean customers off from using your old Hotmail emails address (as they will in the future hit ‘reply’ to your new email address), but crucially, you’ll never lose any emails still sent to Hotmail in the future. There are other options also available, get in touch if this is something you would like resolved when hosting with us.

Use separate addresses like sales@, support@ and suppliers@ to keep mail flowing to the right people and stay organised. This is easy to setup and control, including setting up emails to be delivered to more than one email address.

Emails from your own domain are less likely to go to spam, so your important messages reach clients reliably. We can check your email score and improve deliverability as new spam restrictions are rolled out across the web to continually fight emails spammers.

We can create, delete or change accounts as staff join or leave, keeping control of business emails at all times. All webmail accounts have the ability to change the passwords to access that mailbox, this is private and only known by the person that updated it. We can help to reset an email account if you misplace a password. Please note weak passwords are the easiest way for hackers to gain access to email accounts, we recommend using our strong supplied password. But if you want to change it, you must create a very strong password to keep your email account secure. Alternatively we can reset your password to a strong one at no charge (as security is paramount to us!).

All our full email accounts come with secure SSL webmail access, so you will always have access to your emails online if using IMAP. POP accounts will download to your device and delete emails after a set period of time, in that situation you will have e.g. 28 days of inbox emails available.

As your business grows, we can add more email accounts and increase storage quickly, so your email scales with your business needs. Additional email spam protection is also available to help further protect your email account from unwanted spam and phishing attacks.

Using your domain means you own the data and accounts, which gives privacy control and long-term stability. We manage and make sure any domains we register for you are registered to you, and you remain the registered keeper of those domains.

Using free Gmail or ISP addresses like sky.com is handy, but it has drawbacks. Free addresses can look unprofessional, they don’t reinforce your brand, and changing ISP in the future can leave you without your business email. If your email is tied to an internet provider, you may lose the address if you switch providers. A bespoke domain and email addresses give a stable, professional look and long-term control, so your business keeps its identity.

FAQs about email accounts

There are many frequently asked questions that businesses ask when talking to our team, below are just a few of the more common questions we are asked. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help further.

Included in our price, up to five email accounts can be setup when any website package is initially purchased. Once setup, if you need more email accounts or forwarder simply let us know and we can set them up for you for only £12 each.

Unlike free domains like Gmail, you can use any name before the @ symbol.

You can choose any name before the @ symbol, for example hello@, sales@ or jason@. Full stops are also allowed, so as an example david.james@ would be a valid email address.

Additional email accounts and forwarders are just £12 each to set up. Additional storage with any extra storage charged by the hostplan.

Email forwards are simply email addresses that do not have a mail box. As an example, if ku.erehniamodruoy@semaj.divad was a full email address and you wanted to reply as david.james@, we can still setup email forwarders for david@ to automatically deliver mail to david.james@ mailbox. This way if someone forgot to use your surname, the email would still be delivered to your inbox.

Yes, webmail comes as standard with all our email accounts, you can access securely using any popular browser. Forwarder email addresses only forward emails to the main email address they are setup to send to, so you will need the access information for that main email address to view the emails. You can also setup your device as IMAP or POP in e.g. Outlook if you did not want to use webmail.

Yes, you can change your password at any time in webmail, and we can re-supply or reset passwords free of charge on request. We offer updating your passwords free of charge for security and we can be your backup if passwords are lost, we never access any email accounts without your permission. Trust is what our hosting and email services are built on, so you can be 100% confident we respect and protect your privacy at all times. Having a password updated by us maintains high password security and a backup for you if issues arise. But you can change your password yourself and this would then be 100% private to you (we can only update passwords, not see what they are).

We do not provide individual support for setting up email accounts for customer computers or mobile devices. We supply the access details so you can setup your device as most businesses have local technical support for setting up their computers and mobile devices. If you do have problems, we can aim to guide you over the phone.

We allow short-term overuse as we make sure our customers never have issues with receiving emails or storage for their website. We will contact you within 7 days to work out if you want to reduce the space being used or agree to increase your hostplan to accommodate. Any additional space used over the hostplan allocation is charged at £30 per 100mb per annum.

We certainly can help, we offer email spam protection on the server for customers who need it. This email spam protection covers up to 10 email accounts and will help reduce spam emails and phishing emails from being delivered to your inbox.

Yes, we recommend bespoke addresses like suppliers.acc@ or banking.acc@ to limit phishing and keep critical messages in one mailbox. By creating a bespoke email address you can quickly separate spam and phishing emails.

As an example if you have an email address style ku.erehniamodruoy@cca.nozama, then any emails that arrive into your inbox for Amazon to anything other than amazon.acc@ can easily be ignored.

Using unique email addresses for key suppliers is a great way to thawt many scammers.

Yes, we provide strong initial passwords for accessing your emails. We advise downloading via POP to a main computer you can then encrypt and backup your emails for GDPR compliance.

Yes, emails can be added to both phones and tablets using IMAP settings we provide. Allowing you to check and reply on either device.

By having a bespoke professional email address controlled by us, you can easily just let us know what’s changed and we can suspend, delete or reassign mailboxes as needed for a small additional charge.

Depending on your current email setup, we might be able to help. But this is not guaranteed unfortunately. The easiest way would be to POP download all your emails locally so you have them on your computer, then any changes to our hosting can be as clean as possible.

We offer ongoing hosting and email support if you have a query, with additional email accounts charged at £12 per email account after your website has gone live. We offer free email password resets if needed (if you suspect the password has been exposed), this is free because safety and your privacy is important to us!

All our customers have 100% trust in our email service. Order a website package and we’ll make sure your emails are safe, secure and working for you.
