Website Package

Our Starter Package is ideal for businesses that are familiar with WordPress or want to learn to edit. You can focus on editing the text and images already set up in your website by us as we take care of the technical stuff including email support and training videos to get you started!
Includes 6 pages as standard – Home, About Us, Services, Contact, Privacy page plus a page for the email confirmation (so your visitors know their message was sent!). The About Us, Services and Contact pages can be re-named for you. If you decide you need extra pages or boosted SEO to rank higher on Google, we will only invoice for additional work requested.
This Starter Package gets you online quickly with essential features and fast UK hosting. Whether you’re used to WordPress or wanting to edit your business website, then this package is a good choice. We take care of the technical stuff so you can focus on editing our supplied text and images, we also include email support and training videos to get you started!
Choose one of our designs that match closest to your business. We’ll add your logo, change menu and page names and add bespoke guided text specifically for your business. We’ll even change some of the website colours to help match your brand if you would like, ready for you to edit.

Unless you request anything extra, we guarantee this price enabling businesses to stick to budgets.
A 50% deposit is required to proceed so we can start the process, this helps to cover creating your website proof and liaising with you for logos, domain planning and other information so we can successfully build your website.

Hosting
The first year’s hosting is included all our package prices. After the first year we will invoice you annually for the hosting of your website. The only variable with hosting is simply the space you use on the server. All hostplans come with 500mb data storage as standard. This is the total space taken up by your website, emails and software that manages it all (like an operating system on your phone). Any additional space used over the hostplan allocation will be charged at £30 per 100mb per annum.
Domains
If you take our free .co.uk domain offer when ordering, then this renewal will be due after one year at £28 per annum. If we transferred a domain to our control and it has e.g. 3 years still running, we will not send you an invoice for 3 years (so renewals only invoiced when they are due). We manage all domains under our control and make sure domains are running smoothly and renewed. Global domain extension prices vary widely, we would inform you at the time of order what annual renewal prices apply to your domains.
Extra charges
These only apply if you request extra services with your order, need additional space due to having a larger website or the need to store large amounts of emails on the server. Most customers do not have any extra changes apart from the hosting and domain renewals annually. We do not support 3rd party website software (e.g. security or editing software), if any issues arise, most are resolved quickly by the original developer, if any become an issue that we need to address, we will contact you to make a plan of action and inform you of any costs associated to it. But this has only happened once in the last six years.
Below outlines the timeline and plan when pre-ordering our Starter Package.

When you exit your preferred design, simply select pre-order Starter Package next to the design.
Complete the pre-order form and submit (no payment needed when pre-ordering).
As part of our service we will aim to call you within your preferred time-slot if supplied on the pre-order form, this is so we have a genuine contact with you.
On this call we will review the website and domain plan, so it aligns with your expectations.
We’ll send an invoice with our terms and conditions. Once the 50% deposit is paid we start your new website. The typical turnaround for our Starter Package is usually 5 to 10 working days, but we will supply you an estimated time-scale for your website package with your invoice.
You will be contacted by a dedicated contact who will liaise with you for your logo, brand colours, basic information about your business. They will be your point of contact for your website and any questions or queries you might have in the future.
Using the design you have chosen we will start to build your new 6 page website. Adding your supplied logo, brand colours, updated page and menu names. We will also create some generic industry text and images, so you have a good starting point to edit your website
Once you have completed editing your proof site, we run through the website with you, allowing up to 30 minutes for tweaks or changes to your pages by your dedicated team member. If you find that you need extra work from us to complete your site, then we will supply an estimate before proceeding. If you exceed the allotted 500MB space either at the proof stage or when live, you will be notified and invoiced £30 per 100mb for data over the original hostplan 500mb allowance. All data usage is annually charged.
At this stage we can check and fine tune the domain so everything is in place and working.
Once ready, we make the website live, setup your email accounts and security.
At this stage the balance of the order is paid, and we supply you with editor access and links to our training videos. We set up a free 2 month holding page while you get work on your site. After 2 months if the site is not ready to go live there will be a charge for holding the proof site at £12.50 per month.

Using the design you have chosen we will start to build your new 6 page website. Adding your supplied logo, brand colours, updated page and menu names. We will also create personalised text and add your supplied images to the new website. Including standard SEO for Google. If you have an existing website, we can also copy the text (and images if they are usable in the new website design).
Please note that images for mobile friendly websites need to be high enough resolution to use. If you zoom in on your photos and they still look sharp, then they should be fine. If in doubt let us know on the pre-order form.
We then proof this website with you.
At this point you can liaise with your dedicated contact for any changes you would like made to the website. We include 1 hour of tweaks or amends for our dedicated contact to update your website content, this is all included in the £800 fixed price. If you find that you need extra work to complete your site, then we will supply an estimate before proceeding.
We then check and fine tune the domain so everything is in place and working.
Once ready, we make the website live, setup your email accounts and security.
We go live with your new website and send you your editor access, email account access and your personal access to our training videos.
When we go live and send you editor access, the final 50% payment is then due. Please note that if a proof has not gone live in 6 months, we will invoice another 25% of the final bill to help cover the work that has been completed and the hosting space being used by the proof. If the site exceeds the allotted 500MB space either at the proof stage or when live, you will be notified and charged at £30 per 100mb annually.

Booking systems and eCommerce
Depending on your Custom Package, some software is a one-off setup payment, others are annual renewal costs. This is because most software needs to be updated for security and functionality, so it continues to work with other software on your hostplan or within your website. These are essential as not updating can lead to website functionality breaking or worse allowing access to hackers through vulnerabilities. We would inform you of any initial costs and annual costs on our invoice before you pay the deposit.

We will send you a draft quote with agreed planned work. This can be fine-tuned so you are happy with your Custom website package.
Once we receive confirmation from you that the draft quote is approved, we’ll send an invoice for the work requested and include our terms and conditions. Once the deposit is paid we start your new website.
The typical turnaround for our Custom Package is 1 to 12 weeks. We will supply you an estimated time scale for your website package with your invoice.

If your requirements are technical, then you will have a dedicated contact for these aspects (complex design changes, SEO or payment and booking systems). This way you can communicate directly and help make the process as sooth as possible.
