Mark has been building websites since 2004 and knows which technologies work, and which are just trends. He makes sure our sites run quickly, stay secure and scale as your business grows, so you save time and avoid costly mistakes. As well as establishing the core setup of our websites, he also manages the editing and maintenance teams and he’s in touch with every aspect of the business.

When your website is ordered, you will have a dedicated contact who will liaise with you through the whole process, they will get to know your business which will save time, avoiding repeated explanations.

Our backroom maintenance team work on servers for security, upgrades and fixing technical issues, often before you even notice them. When you sign up, you’ll have contact information for support, so if you have an issue you’ll have a support contact who will either resolve it directly or elevate to the correct person in the maintenance team, so your website issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

If our clean starter website package or creative website package packages do not fit, simply select the custom website package, detailing what you need and we’ll send you back a quote and any questions we have so you have enough information to make the right choice for your business.

Sometimes it can be complicated to work out the right package, if in doubt, simply choose a design you like the look and feel of, then on the Choose Design Page select the ‘Custom’ button next to that design and let us know what it is you are looking for. We can review your feedback and aim to call you at the date and time convenient to you. The form will help us with enough information so we can help you over the phone.

If you’re having issues with your current website and would like a chat to see how we can help, email us with your current web address and the main issues you are experiencing. We can take a look and assess, then arrange a time to call you and run over these using our expert knowledge. Often, we find issues that are not easily spotted, but are the actual root cause of the issue you are seeing, so for a free no obligation review, get in touch today.

Depending on what support you need, it’s easy to get in touch:

1. Editing text, images or layout? Simply email the dedicated contact assigned to you when your website was setup. They will always reply and help you.

2. If you have email issues or technical questions you can email or call the support contact details given to you when you signed up. You’ll find they are very pro-active in replying to your email. If it’s in working hours, then feel free to call your support contact and they will be happy to either help there and then or escalate it to our maintenance team.

Yes, once your website is live, we are only an email or call away to help you modify, upgrade or enhance the functionality of your website. We offer additional service plans for updating and editing your website, this can also be included in our custom website packages so you never have an extra bill. Simply get in touch with what you need and we can quote for any changes you need.

If it’s out of hours, send an email to the support email given to you when you sign up, they will either take action or escalate to our maintenance team depending on the issue. Please list the issue and anything else that helps to give enough information so we can take action.

Once you’ve paid the deposit for your Starter, Creative or Custom website package, we will start the setup and create a proof site ready for you. You will be emailed by your dedicated contact, who will take you through the process for your package so it’s as smooth as possible. This editor team member will be your dedicated contact, as they will know your website you’ll be able to call them in working hours if needed (even if that’s to check an initial page you’ve created so you know you’re on the right track, this is all part of the service!).
