Yes, you will have the option to copy an existing form (makes this much easier as it’s quick to modify), or add the form widget and create your own. You’ll have plenty of options within the form and be able to send to more than one email address if you choose.

Yes, even if you don’t do the edits! Because the WordPress ecosystem is smooth, any changes you ask us to do are quicker and cheaper too. Yes, we manage software and plugin updates (and there are many updates all the time), we also backup all our customer websites every day, and keep a copy off-site for safety, for seven days. The only possible costs would be if a necessary update clashes with a third-party plugin or software on your website (as we do not write the code for third party software or support third party software). So we monitor this and they are usually updated quickly, but if you would like full peace of mind then request additional monthly backups when you order a custom website package, we will be able to create monthly backups of your website so you have extra peace of mind with your website for if things go wrong.

We offer support to try to help you recover your page, but if it’s not possible or you have issues with more than one page, we can restore the website back 24 hours to remove any issues that crept in. Most things can be restored without issue, just get in touch straight away so we can give you the best support.

Absolutely, we can add WooCommerce or PayPal to your website so you can sell online. Both have their advantages as PayPal is easier to setup for smaller amounts of products, and WooCommerce being a fully loaded carting system. Both are available and ready for your website.
