When you pre-order our website packages, we will give you an estimated timescale for your website on our invoice, so you can be sure this aligns with your expectations.

Our typical website package timescales:
Starter package is usually delivered within 5-10 working days.
Creative package is usually delivered between 10-20 working days.
Custom packages can range between 1 and 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work required.

For most businesses yes, because updating the software and security on a hostplan is complex and time consuming. Our secure UK hosting includes a free SSL certificate, rolling 7 day backups and is fine-tuned for website performance. On top of that we take care of all the hosting software and security updates, so you don’t have to.

Domains:
We can register domains for you, help you transfer domains to us if you would like us to manage them for you, enabling convenient invoices with domains and hosting all bundled together, plus our support with technical issues if they arise. If you wish to keep your domains and manage them yourself, we can supply the information for you to point your domains to your new website (unfortunately we do not offer technical support for domains that we do not manage).

Emails:
As part of our service we will setup up to 5 email addresses (or aliases) when you order one of our website packages. You can easily add more email accounts at any time. Additional email spam protection is also available for our email accounts if you find you are overloaded with spam emails in your inbox. Once the email accounts are setup, we will send you the access information so you can setup your particular devices.

Yes, every website is editable and we give editor access plus training videos to get you started. You’ll have a dedicated contact when your website is ordered, if you have a question, you can always email your dedicated contact for advice.

We include a free SSL certificate for your visitor privacy, we proactively monitor login attempts, recently modified files for irregularities and regularly analyse attempts to access every website. Every website has automated built in security to protect against brute force attacks, malicious user-agents and bots to protect your site 24/7.

Plugins can make or break CMS websites, so we have spent years fine tuning the right combination of plugins for performance, security and reliability. We manage these plugins for you, making sure they are kept up to date. This is all part of the service!

Yes, all our designs are fully responsive, and you have controls built-in that let you tweak mobile font sizes independently. If you want to fine tune a sentence, paragraph or title to fit any particular screen, you can!

Every package includes built-in SEO tools so you can add meta and other information to help your pages rank. If you want to boost your SEO so you rank higher on Google, select our custom website package and tick the SEO boost option. This will start a conversation so we can liaise with you to work out the extent of the SEO you need against the competition you have ranking above you. This might be assessing your competition to work out how to gain higher rankings, or you might have a website that is currently under performing. We can help improve poor ranking websites using our trusted hosting, websites and SEO knowledge.

Most plugin issues are quickly resolved by the original developer with updates, the updating of plugin patches are covered by our annual hosting fee. If a major fix is required to third party software that we have no control over, we will contact you to discuss recommended solutions and any cost implications.

Yes, it’s easy to start off with a smaller website with us, then scale this with more pages, boosted SEO to improve your rankings in search engines, add booking systems and eCommerce at a later stage.
